Healthcare Enhancement for Active Living (H.E.A.L.)
Project H.E.A.L. is Round Table India’s national initiative to strengthen healthcare infrastructure for communities that rely on government, government-aided, and charitable hospitals. The project focuses on creating or upgrading essential medical facilities so that critical care becomes more accessible, reliable, and responsive.
Since its inception, Project H.E.A.L. has completed 120 major interventions.
H.E.A.L. focuses on both movable and permanent healthcare infrastructure, depending on the needs of the institution. Each project is planned in collaboration with hospital authorities and the concerned stakeholders to ensure relevance, sustainability, and maximum impact. Tablers also run health-related community service efforts including mobility enhancement interventions for the physically challenged, health camps, awareness drives, and community screenings, adapting their work to local needs.
Key Interventions Include
Creation of specialised wards
Building augmentation and repairs
Toilet and sanitation upgrades
Provision of critical medical equipment
Ventilators
