Every person who joins the Tabling movement benefits from it, in tangible and intangible ways. It can be through the avenues of Community Service, through the bonds of Friendship and Fellowship that last a lifetime, or through the self-development and leadership that interaction with peers does brings about. HRD helps hone the development of Tablers and is now an important facet of the Tabling setup.
The Round Table India Trainer group consists of committed young men with a flair for conducting training programs who at the same time, also derive immense satisfaction from the contributions that they make. HRD programs conducted by RTIT cater to both the tabling community and groups outside it.
Programs that are often conducted for corporate executives and school children include modules like communication, team building, personality development, time management, and leadership training. Popular modules conducted exclusively for the Tabling Fraternity include the Tabler Orientation Program (TOP) and the Table Executive Training program (TExT). The TOP program is targeted at enhancing the awareness of, and interest in the Tabling movement while TExT is a mandatory program conducted every year for the incoming Table officers.
Moving away from the theoretical and parrot-fashion learning methods of traditionalist education, we have adopted an experiential learning methodology for development. The current interest in and desire for HRD programs being conducted across the country is a testimony to the success of this approach.
